If you've bought a template and it’s not showing up in the Purchase history section of your Modeloe account, this article provides helpful, troubleshooting steps on how you might find it.
Modeloe sends out a confirmation email whenever you purchase a template. So, as an initial step, please ensure that you are logged into the same email account that is registered to your Modeloe account, and that you received a purchase confirmation email for the template. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder if you don’t see the purchase confirmation email in your inbox.
If you don’t see a confirmation email, this could indicate that you purchased the template while logged into Modeloe with a different email address (see below), or that the purchase was not completed. We also advise checking your banking information or your PayPal account to verify the purchase was processed.
Occasionally users create more than one Modeloe account by mistake. For example, a user might mistakenly create a second Modeloe account on their mobile device, or, by creating an account with a social media login that they do not regularly use. If you use multiple email accounts, or have a Facebook account, try logging in with the associated email addresses.
If you're still having trouble, you may have entered your email address incorrectly when your first signed up for Modeloe. For example, instead of entering “Jane@emailexample.com”, you might have typed “Jne” by mistake. As a result, our system would attempt sending your confirmation email to that address, instead of the correct one.
Double check to see that you received a confirmation email for your template purchase. If you did not receive an email with a receipt, please contact our support team and include your first and last name, and the title of the template that you're missing.
If you paid with a debit or credit card, please provide the last four digits on the card as well as the cardholder's name as it appears on the card. If you completed your purchase with PayPal, please provide the PayPal receipt including the transaction id.
Modeloe has an extensive, multi-language library, which includes over thousands of templates that have been created by expert designers. The templates range across a wide range of categories, some of these include: business & entrepreneurship, marketing, academics, Project management, Sales, legal, procurement, IT and much more.

You can quickly search for templates by using the search tool, which is located at the centre top of the Modeloe marketplace landing page just underneath the Template Library menu. You can also access the search function on any of the sub-pages on the website
Search results can be created by entering words related to the template and or subject into the search tool and then clicking enter. If you know the name of the designer or author, this can also be used
This article outlines how you can sign up to Modeloe to begin your download experience, and log into your account to access your templates moving forward.
Signing up to Modeloe with an email and password is quick-and-easy. To create your Modeloe account please follow the steps below:
On the Modeloe.com homepage, click Sign Up at the top right and then Sign up with email.
Enter your name, the email address you would like registered for your account, and a unique password you will use.
Select whether you wish to receive promotional emails and recommendations from Modeloe.
Click Sign Up to create your account.
You can also sign up to Modeloe using your Facebook account by following these steps.
On the Modeloe homepage click Login at the top right.
Next, click either the Facebook sign up icon.
Follow the prompts to complete the sign up process.
Please note that when you sign up using Facebook option, no password is created for your Modeloe account. If you wish to create a password for your Modeloe account, and login with the same email address that’s registered to your Facebook account moving forward, follow the steps below.
Log into your account at Modeloe.com using the Facebook sign in option.
Move your cursor to your profile avatar at the top right, and click on your name.
Select Settings from the drop down menu.
Select the reset password option from the menu om the left hand side of the screen
Enter a new password for your password, re-type the new password, and click Change Password. Please note that your Modeloe account password can differ from the password registered to your Facebook account.
If you’re accessing your Modeloe account from a public or shared device, be sure to log out of your account when you’re finished studying. To log out of your Modeloe account simply do the following:
Move your cursor to your profile avatar at the top right
Click Log out in the dropdown menu that appears
If you've found a security vulnerability on the Modeloe site, please report it through our contact us page. Our security team will investigate all legitimate reports and will do their best to fix issues as quickly as possible.
Our bounty program is designed to reward those who help us maintain a safe Modeloe site for all of our users. Modeloe will pay a reward for legitimate, previously unknown reports.
In order to receive the reward reports must:
Be an original, previously unreported bug. Known vulnerabilities will not qualify for a reward.
Be a vulnerability that allows a user to break into the system, allows a user to violate someone else's accounts, or allows a user to compromise user data
Be resolved by our engineers before the reward is provided.
Please note that Modeloe reserves the right to withhold reward payments if we believe the reporter has taken actions to endanger the security of Modeloe’s customers.
We know how upsetting it can be if you think your account may have been accessed without your authorization. But, before you panic and conclude your account has been compromised, consider whether there may be a reasonable explanation for the activity you’ve encountered. Here are some common explanations for activity that can be mistaken for a security breach.
Is it possible you’ve forgotten your password? Or if you’ve recently created an account, could the password that was entered be different than you recall? If so, you can request a password reset email at the login screen
If you’ve noticed suspicious activity in your account, which cannot be explained by the reasons above, then immediately request a password reset email by. Accounts can become compromised if an individual gained access to your login credentials through fraudulent activities, like for example, a phishing scam.
Please note: your password will automatically be reset after you initiate the password reset process.
If you do not receive a password reset email, and are unable to set a new password, then please contact Modeloe Support.
Currently, Modeloe supports several different payment methods, depending on your account country and location. This article outlines how you can confirm which payment methods are available to you, when you go to purchase a template.

You will be directed to the Checkout page, which will feature the various payment methods that are available to you
Depending on your location and what country your Modeloe account is registered in, your payment methods may include the following.
International Credit and Debit Cards: We accept most major international credit and debit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Local Payment Methods: We support many local payment options, specifically, local debit cards. We continue to work on adding more local payment options around the world.
PayPal is a supported method of payment for Modeloe templates in most countries.
Cash Payments and Bank Transfers may be an option for students in several different Latin American nations, as well as some nations in Europe.
Students who reside in nations that charge VAT (Value Added Tax) or GST (Goods & Services Tax) may be required to pay this tax when they purchase a Modeloe template. This article includes answers to frequently asked questions we receive regarding taxes for Modeloe template purchases.
The VAT (Value Added Tax) or GST (Goods & Services Tax) is a form of consumption tax on goods and services. So, students who reside in nations that charge VAT / GST, may be required to pay the tax when they purchase a Modeloe template. The rates and regulations for the tax vary, depending on the country.
Currently, users who reside in the European Union (EU) will be charged the tax when they purchase a template. Should the tax requirements change, Modeloe reserves the right to change this policy to be in compliance at any time.
As Modeloe.com is a business to consumer website, we are not able to remove references to VAT / GST from our receipts.
If a customer wants a receipt without reference to VAT / GST because they are a business and therefore do not pay VAT / GST, they would need to sign up for a Modeloe for Business account. If you are a business that is interested in the Modeloe for Business platform please send an email to email@example.com
Users purchasing templates in the EU will see the template price and VAT / GST, all inclusive, on the marketplace. So, for example, if the template is priced at £20, then you will pay £20 for the purchase.
When you download a Modeloe template, you will be sent a receipt via email, which will break down the template price and VAT / GST separately. The amount you paid will be shown on your receipt beside Tax. The VAT is calculated based on the net amount, rather than the total amount.
So for example, in the United Kingdom, a 20% VAT is charged. If the template is priced at $45 on the Modeloe marketplace, then, $7.50 in tax is paid to meet the template’s listed price. Please see the example below:
45 / 1.2 = 37.5
37.5 + 7.5 = 45
Your Modeloe account includes a Purchase History, where you can quickly access receipts for the templates you've bought, and review your purchase history or refunds. This article outlines how you can access your Purchase History, and includes answers to the more frequently asked questions we receive regarding downloaded Modeloe templates.
In addition to the receipt you’re emailed when you purchase a Modeloe template, you can also access copies of your templates in your Purchase History. Once you've logged into your account at Modeloe.com and then please follow the steps below to get a copy of your receipt.
Click on your account picture at the top right hand of the page, just underneath your profile name.
A dropdown menu will appear. Next click on Purchase History at the top of the list and a list of your paid templates along with the template ID should be displayed
Having trouble completing a purchase? Purchase attempts can fail for a variety of reasons: please have a look at some of the most common issues that can happen, when attempting to make a purchase on Modeloe.
At this time, we accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard). If you’re having trouble purchasing a template with a card, please note you can also purchase templates using PayPal.
Modeloe is based in the United Kingdom, and we accept all major debit and credit cards, as well as local debit cards in many countries. However, debit cards in some countries might not allow foreign transactions. If you do not see a local payment option when checking out on Modeloe, and you are experiencing trouble making a payment, call your bank to ensure your card is authorized for international purchases.
Please ensure you are entering the first and last name of the card account holder, exactly as it appears on the card in the Name on Card field. If the name isn’t entered the same way, the purchase may be declined. For example, if the card account holder’s name reads John R. Doe, then John R. Doe must be entered, as shown below.

Each Modeloe template is created, owned and managed by the designer(s). The foundation of each Modeloe template are the documents provided, some of which which can include videos, slides, text and additional instructions from the designer on how to use the template.
Modeloe templates are entirely on-demand, which means that you can download templates that you like. You can download the template whenever you like, and there are no deadlines to how or when you download it once it has been purchased.
After you download a template, you can access it by clicking on the template link you will receive in your confirmation email, provided you’re logged into your Modeloe account. You can also download the template by logging in and navigating to your Free Download History or Your Purchase History
You can quickly search for templates by using the search tool, which is located at the top of the Modeloe marketplace page located in the centre of the banneron the landing page. You can also access the search tool on all subsequent pages when logged in, the seearch function will be located at the top of the page beside the template catgories option for all subsequent pages.
Search results can be created by entering words related to the template and or subject into the search tool, and then clicking enter. If you also know the name of a particular designer that designed the template, you can search on this as well.
You can access your Modeloe courses from various devices and platforms, on both PC and Mac desktops / laptops, as well as Android and iOS mobile devices. Our system requirements for these follow below.

Adding free or paid templates to your wishlist is a quick and easy way to save a template for later, and download it when you’re ready. This section outlines how you can add templates to your wishlist on the Modeloe platform, template landing page or from your shopping cart.

Click the heart that appears between Add to Cart, and the Document Icon and the template will be added to your wishlist

Every Modeloe account includes a profile page, where you can share information about yourself, and add links to your personal website or social media profiles.
For Modeloe designers, your profile is also your designer biography, and is your dedicated space to present your expertise, your experience and your personality.
To edit your profile, including adding your profile's image, click the drop down menu in the upper right corner of your account and click on your name and select the profile option.
In your profile you can add links to your personal website, YouTube channel, and social media profiles like Google+, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn. These links can provide more information about your experience and credentials, and are a great way for instructors to tell students more about them and increase their audience.
To add external links to your profile, scroll to the bottom of the Profile form you accessed from your dashboard page (Clicking on your name in the upper right corner and selecting the profile option) scroll down to the bottom of the form and you can enter your information. After you’ve entered the external links, click Submit.
Modeloe has security protocols in place to help keep your account secure, but there are several things you can also do to protect your account, and dramatically reduce the likelihood of it being compromised.
Choosing a strong and unique password is an extremely effective way to protect your account and prevent unauthorized access. While selecting a password for your account, we strongly recommend you consider the following:
Select a password that is easy for you to remember, but that does not include words that a stranger might guess. So, we advise not to use words you may utilize in your social media accounts, like your name, location, favourite team etc.
Don’t use obvious numbers (for example, don’t use numbers that are in your birthday or phone number). Use uppercase letters or additional characters (!, #, & etc) in your password, as this makes guessing a password much more difficult.
Create a unique password for each account and service you have, rather than using the same password for each site. This way if one of your accounts is compromised, then that password cannot be used to gain access into other accounts you have.
We also recommend changing your password periodically, as this is another great way to keep your account secure. When you do change your password, we recommend creating a new one, rather than using a password you’ve already used.
In addition to selecting a strong and unique password, there are several other simple ways you can protect your account, and greatly reduce the likelihood of it being compromised.

Always log in at https://www.Modeloe.com/. Check the URL of the page before you enter your login info if you're unsure. In addition, you can also type https://www.Modeloe.com/directly into your browser.
Do not write down or store your password in your files or online accounts.
Do not share your Modeloe account or account credentials with others.
We advise against using the same password for each site. But, if you did use the same credentials on another site or service that’s had a security breach, be sure to change the password for your Modeloe account.
If you want to make purchasing courses faster and easier, you can securely save your credit or debit card information in your Modeloe account. This way you will not need to re-enter the card information each time you purchase a course.
Modeloe never stores your full credit or debit card information on our systems. Instead, we work with credit card payment processors who are certified under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
When you enter your credit or debit card details on Modeloe, that information is sent directly to secure databases maintained by these payment processors, who then complete the transaction. That partner will then provide us with a portion of the stored information (such as the last four digits of your card number) to help do things like document your purchases and label your saved cards.
During this process, our partner will also provide us with a randomly generated alphanumeric ID called a "token". This token allows us to reference a saved card during future transactions, even though we don’t have the full card number on file ourselves. Because we store a token instead of the full credit card number you originally provided, there is no way for anyone who is logged in to your Modeloe account to obtain your full credit card information from within your account. In addition, there is no way for a third party to reverse-engineer a token ID to obtain the credit card information.
You can have the system automatically select your saved card for a purchase, whenever you purchase a template and get to the checkout screen, there is an option where you are asked to put a check in the Remember this card box on the checkout screen to save the card for future purchases If you do not check this box this option is turned off, however, then no card’s information will be entered, and the payment page will not select the Remember this card box.
